Cudy AX3000 2.5G Dual Band Ceiling Access Point- Outdoor

What this part is

The Cudy AX3000 2.5G Dual Band Ceiling Access Point - Outdoor is an excellent choice for converting LAN networks into high-speed, dependable wireless networks. This pole or wall-mounted WiFi 6 AP with eFEM provides excellent range performance, making it ideal for high-density environments like parks, farms, and parking lots. Its robust IP65 casing, Power over Ethernet (PoE), and Cudy Mesh features make it ideal for outdoor use. It achieves total throughput of up to 3 Gbps by using the highest 160 MHz channel width and 1024-QAM modulation. OFDMA and MU-MIMO technologies can support over 100 devices with low latency, with a maximum capacity of 512 devices.

The AP's five power amplifiers and 3+2 antenna structure provide excellent signal navigation through obstacles. The IP65 case protects it from rain and dust, and the 6 kV Lightning/Surge and 8 kV ESD protection ensures stability during thunderstorms. It can operate at temperatures ranging from -40°F to 158°F (-40°C to 70°C). Mesh technology provides a unified Wi-Fi name across the premises, allowing for seamless roaming without the need for manual switching. Connecting the PoE adapter's LAN port to various Cudy devices integrates the AP into the Mesh network, with the option of using Ethernet backhaul after pairing. Adaptive Routing improves network performance by switching to better paths when the original ones become congested.

FEATURES:

IP65, -40~70°C (-40~158°F), 6kV Surge

5-Stream Dual-Band Wi-Fi 6

1× Shielded GbE (PoE In)

802.3at/af, Passive PoE

Watchdog, Schedule Reboot

Max 320 m (1050 ft) Range

200 Connected Devices

SPECIFICATIONS:

CPU: 1.3 GHz Dual-Core CPU

Chipset: MT7981BA

Flash: 128 MB (1 Gbit) NAND

DDR: 256 MB (2 Gbit) DDR3

Wireless:

5 GHz Wi-Fi Speed: 2402Mbps

Wi-Fi Bands: EU + DFS

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Speed: 574 Mbps

5 GHz Wi-Fi Streams: 3T3R (3×3 MIMO)

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Streams: 2T2R (2×2 MIMO)

Wi-Fi Antennas: 1× Internal+2× External

5 GHz Antenna Gain Max: 6 dBi

2.4 GHz Antenna Gain Max: 4 dBi

FEM or PA/LNA: 5 GHz: 3× High-Power, 2.4 GHz: 2× High-Power

Range Performance:

Max: 320 m (1050 ft)

Park: 280 m (919 ft)

Street: 70 m (230 ft)

Woods: 40 m (131 ft)

Interfaces:

2.5G RJ45 Ports: 1

Ethernet Notes: Accepts PoE powering

LED: System

Physical Buttons: Reset Button, WPS Button

Power Input: PoE via Ethernet Port

Power:

Power Methods: 802.3at PoE/Passive PoE

Passive PoE: 48 ~ 57V

Power Adapter: Input: 100 ~ 240 V, 50/60 Hz ACOutput: 48V Passive PoE

Max Power Consumption (W): 18 W

Idle Power Consumption (W): 5 W

Reliability:

System Stability: Watchdog

ESD Air Protection: 4kV

ESD Contact Protection: 8kV

Environment: Operating Temperature: -10 ℃ ~ 60 ℃ (14 ℉ ~140 ℉), Storage Temperature: -40 ℃ ~ 70 ℃ (-40 ℉ ~ 158 ℉)

Installation: Wall-Mounting, Ceiling-Mounting

WHAT’S IN THE BOX:

Cudy AX3000 2.5G Dual Band Ceiling Access Point Outdoor – White x1

Power Adapter x1
