Delivery & Lead Times
Courier bands, cut-off times and what "in stock" actually means on this site.
What "in stock" means here
Stock states come from the supplier feed and carry a timestamp on the product page: in stock at our floor, low stock (five units or fewer), on order to a supplier, or unknown because the feed has not confirmed it.
We do not use countdown timers or visitor counts. Urgency language appears only when the quantity is genuinely known.
Dispatch promise
Orders paid and confirmed before the daily cut-off on a working day are picked the same day; after the cut-off they are picked the next working day. The cut-off and the current promise are published on this page and editable by the operations team.
Weekends and public holidays are excluded from the count, and the band promised is written onto the order confirmation so that what was promised and what actually happened can be compared rather than argued about.
Delivery bands
Delivery is quoted by metro band and weight band at checkout, before payment, with the estimate attached to the order so you can see whether a quote changed.
Tracking is added to your account when the courier manifest is created. If a delivery lands outside its promised band, the remedy is automatic rather than something you have to argue for.
