Service policy
Returns & RMA
14-day returns and self-service RMA with a published response SLA.
The 14-day window
Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unopened and undamaged goods. Faulty goods are handled under warranty and under the Consumer Protection Act, which is not limited by our return window.
Opening a part to install it does not automatically forfeit a warranty claim; what matters is whether the item is faulty and whether it was installed within its limits.
Self-service RMA
You open the case from your order, describe the symptom, and get a status timeline you can follow without a phone queue. A response is promised within the published support SLA, and the case stays visible until it closes.
Each item carries its own warranty state, so a fault is handled against the part rather than against the order as a whole, and the six-month position under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act is applied where it applies rather than being waved at generically.
What we ask for
Order number, what the part was used for, and what it does instead of what it should do. Where a fault is common, the fix or the replacement model is stated on the case rather than left to a back-and-forth.
